EQTraders has
a beautimous listing of vendors by zone! Freeport has been revamped on Live but the list still has pretty accurate info for the original zones. The bakery is in W Freeport near the monk guild.
Alla's info is hard to use here on P99; it doesn't translate back to classic very well.
