but seriously as a Chef I can tell ya those guys are cooking up some crap.
For one, hearts are tuff as nails, secondly pouring Jack D on pancakes or whatever is just retarded, thirdly battering and frying everything is just gross and amateur at best.
I'm all for some manly meals, how bout some Wild Boar or Venison steaks?
