Get rid of variance and all these bullshit rules and let a single guild emerge the victor and run this server like intended. This server isn't meant to support multiple high end guilds - we're artificially trying to sustain a multi-guild environment that isn't supposed to exist and that's why we've had these problems for almost a decade now...
