All I know is in Australia if I break my leg and don't have private health I don't beed to re:mortgage the house to get it set.
If you live in a country and break you leg and have to pay 10,000 dollars to get it set...something is wrong there.
(p.s I have private health due to my income level/avoid paying tax)
