No he's not, he's taking it to a brokered convention do or die. Many thought he was sticking in to pull a ticket together with Donald, but the Mitt party has conned him into falling for their trap. But yeah, at this point he should suspend, there is no good outcome from this point on for him, other than to have his political career completely destroyed though GOP humiliation.
