KoS Quest Hand In Method:
Step 1.) Harmony all of the mobs in the building, avoid the pather outside.
Step 2.) Open a Trade Box with Yeolarn, do not click trade yet.
Step 3.) Use your racial hide (assuming you are wood elf) or have someone else cast invis on you.
Step 4.) Con Yeolarn and make sure it says indifferent, if not, keep hiding until you are indifferent.
Step 5.) Click trade and get your necklace.

Yes I know how to do that. As I stated above I have to do that exact thing on the key turn in part of the Soulfire quest. Because I have no other option. But here I did have an option. So I chose to fix the faction.
