Devnoob said midnight friday (saturday morning) EST. Image might release it earlier. At any case it will be up on friday night.
The test server is up for anyone that needs to test their files or check pvp merchants.

I strongly recommend logging in now and making sure you can access zones, get your client set up, set up your ui's etc. There are several people online testing everything out. Nerfed, myself, and devn00b have been on pretty frequently to help people out with any issues they have.
