That's all ya really need after Velious. No need to make custom content when some of the greatest content already is available.

So Luclin and PoP were fun expansions, the thought that they would be out within a year and then two years would definitely kill some of the competition for Velious BiS gear, which will take longer than that to acquire if you have a life. Our server population would need to rise to fill a Planes of Power era world...it probably would too....people would want to customize this content though...plane of knowledge books must die.
The more I think about it, knowing the content that would come out with luclin the motivation for grinding out the large amount of content in Velious is alsmost zero would definitely just wait for Luclin to come out
Start a new server for Luclin and stick to classic timeline...my opinion
