I think that's a slight exaggeration ...
Example: Say a person has to fight over their food every night. This goes on for nearly a year. Then all of a sudden this new guy comes in, and they bring him his food on a silver platter without having to struggle or fight to eat.
You think that's fair to the person that's been fighting to eat all this time? Hell no its not
If the other guilds want to eat, make them fight for it. Forget that rotation BS
I said this before and I will say it again. If I was in FA or Awakened and was contemplating a rotation. I sure as hell wouldn't make it public. It would just be a silent agreement between the leadership of the two guilds.
