the worst part of this misunderstanding.
yes it is a misunderstanding. I will be the bigger man and say we were both unaware of somethings.
but yeah the worst part is, u am usually pretty friendly with the guy and enjoy playing with him. he logged so abruptly I didn't even have a chance to make him see my point of view so we could reach a compromise shake on it and go grab a beer.
we both have valid points. hell I was ready to play wit new monk and also let him try playing mine to see if he likes it.
it's just a shame and unfortunate circumstances the gms would rather create bitter enemies than a cool playing environment.
thats the real issue, and ofcourse rl attacks, mace quest etc spawns from all this silly shit that could be avoided if people acted like human beings once in a while

Also I'd say I know what Tune means about peer mediation. I was always the mediator growing up. Even problems that you helped fix, and people you helped put back together, eventually turn on you and won't give you the same mediation.
I learned not to give too much if you are perceived to have a higher status (economic, money, social) than the group of people you are helping. Because they won't return the favor when you're the one who needs help and mediation on a beef. Their attitude is fuck 'em, he was the mediator he will be fine dealing with his own problem. Yeah that's fine, but sometimes certain beefs need mediation regardless of whatever bullshit status of the people involved. And mediators always return the favor so learn to recognize good pals n help 'em out, ya feelers?
Its really important in real life with a network of friends, acquaintances etc to keep peoples issues, concerns, problems. etc with mediation and good mediators. Good mediators are rare n usually not the captain of the ship, but the Quartermaster.
In the case of elfsim, I'd say what peer mediation??
