Went to Walmart at 12, convinced mom I would do a bunch of yard work and wash the windows if I got a new game. Mom agreed. I nabbed EQ. While checking out, the cashier noticed EQ and mentioned to my mom she was obsessed with the game and her parents made her get said job as a cashier to get away from it. My mom asked her what her "handle" was and the cashier said she played as "Jahidra".
I knew then I was getting into some srs business. Went home, rolled a human warrior of Qeynos. Saw a Gnome magician hanging out at the gates and freaked out about his earth pet and immediately rerolled. Ahhh the glory days
