The issue in pos is that mob haste is jacked up pretty high to due to what I can only assume is a best guess simulation of what a quad "would be". At one point in time, the bee haste was such that it did around as much dps as the prenerf spiroc lord (it seemed like in the time it took the bee to swing 859 twice, the lord would swing 450x4), making it 10-12 cleric healable. Right now, the bee haste is so fast that there isn't really much of a delay between each "double" to catch a complete heal. Even if the tank was 10 levels higher, I have serious doubts whether a reasonable number of clerics (lets say 6 for the sake of argument) could keep a tank alive.
