I'm really proud of you op. coming from someone who use to get up at 4:30am run 4 miles do calisthenics, then work (or train) all day then get home unpack and clean then stay up till 2:30 am or not sleep then do it all over.
now good days I can get to the hospital and walk a few miles I'm proud. but sad I miss being healthy and alive.
so I know how hard it is to get to and stay were your at.
