I had been taking a break from the gym, but today I got back on track in there:-

Targets for next time:-

Running: 35 minutes at 12.5km/h
Cycling: No change.
Cross-trainer: Making it up to 950ish
Walking: No change.

Have some kids and watch all that 'time' fade away! However, calories will still be burnt. Maybe not the same amount. And, you will be tired...
