Oh wait, the court of public opinion has already done it's job trying to lynch her. I remember reading about he emails like 2 yrs ago or a year ago.. way prior to this election nonsense off several links and several news sites from slashdot. I concluded that she wasn't responsible. Oh and she didn't have any malicious intent which also factors into courts.

See that's where it all breaks down, why I'd be terrified to live under the type of government control you seem to so very much want.
Basically where such people can carry out their own death penalties in secret, as long as they hide the evidence well enough even if illegally. Then have their minions run around saying it's all legit and she is just a victim in the court of public opinion, which you seem to actually use in her defense a court of public opinion.
It's ok as long as she hides or destroys the evidence, eh? What difference does it make! she covered her tracks well enough, and calling her out on it is just just rude.
