No delusions here sis (<-except that lol). I'm not claiming that it's completely piss easy to get a sex change in 100% of the US yet (we're talking about an anecdote in Mesa Arizona here, the guy's doc probably goes to pastor anderson's church), only that it's easy enough to get any form of medical treatment either through a doc or the black market that it is achievable wayyyy before suicide becomes a justifiable option.
