just recently a poor transman ended up getting shot in nevada after seeing 5 doctors to try and find therapy/hormones during a suicide call.
That person was kept from hrt because of a secondary diagnosis of autism.
It's not easy as fuck, it's not a racket, it's not straight forward, yet, like in all things there's a great underground economy sadly that boy didn't have access to it.
