This is so absurd. You trust all doctors as though they are a single entity. You have clearly never been into the bowels of the American medical system.
If you want a doctor to give you something based on an indication that can't be resolved by imaging, he gives it to you. You need only know what to say. Then again, you may not be capable of knowing what to say if you're going in talking about "serotonin imbalance" lol
