Roll a ranger, run in front of the bard using tracking and a bow :P
It actually works, I've run bard swarm kiters out of zones using my ranger, or get them to log. You can't melee them all down (though 10x faster than a swarm kite bard) but you pull enough out of their way that they get frustrated over lack of good mobs and leave. Works well enough in oasis or karanas etc.
Tactic is legit, it's not like you are using a server bug to get lazy ass easy kills like the bard who runs everyone else out of the zone. You just need some good equip to hack stuff down, pull away their best mobs. Prob is they hold-up respawns with their pathetically slow kites and kills, while other players could have made the mob respawn 2-4x more often.
There is no one to do anything about it but you, as long as that strafing/pathing bug exists. The only alternative is as they say "consider red" where at least you can kill the lazy ass bard.
