Thanks everyone for the comments. Again i take no credit in making these but just bringing them back to light since the old threads have been locked down.
If people keep posting here this should stay open for all to see.
On the Zone texture files i kept having a problem with Lavastorm falling underneath the world. If this happens to you just go into your EQ directory and delete
lavastorm.eqg
lavastorm.emt
lavastorm_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.mp3
and it fixed it for me.
