I'm wondering about this, too. I'm level 53 right now and I know the skill caps at 200 before level 50, then opens up to 210 after that. Right now my skill is sitting at 188 and hasn't moved over the course of 38 stacks of bandages. As a rogue my int and wis are white, and I know skill ups are finnicky in the higher numbers, but this is unreal.
