After the battle with the Vindicator was over... gnomey and I were still looking for adventure....luckily, so was one of the <Bregan D'Aerth>, Eadras!
This was my chance!! To finally find the strong wooden branch I had tried to find so many times before!!
So, we went out into the Wakening Lands and made our way to the holgresh caves...

I knew Eadras was a mighty archer as well...but it was still surprising to see how fast the holgreshes died to us!!

I guess luck was on our side, because after only a few holgreshes....we finally found it!!

I waved goodbye to my adventuring partners, they were too worn out to continue...but I had a mission to do.
I had found strong raptor guts before from all of my time hunting tigeraptors...and now with this strong wooden branch, I knew just the snowfang that needed them!! So I set out for the iceclad ocean again!!!
But, as I was running....a blizzard began to brew! The thing is, even for an elf blizzards can make it hard to navigate....
Time started to slip by....it had seemed like I was running a lot further than usual..... was it possible?....I.....was lost.....
I was doomed! Surely I would be lost forever!! Roaming the icey lands of the iceclad sea ....
Soon, rumors would begin to surface of an ice elf that had lost her mind....ambushing adventurers and commanding an army of snow rabbits......I had to resign myself to my fate.....
As I was dreading my future, I suddenly saw some tracks of an adventurer!!! Maybe they were less lost?! I followed them...and soon came upon a landmark I knew!! I was saved!!!!

Eventually the storm passed and I could see again, quickly finding the snowfang that needed the strong branch and raptor guts.
After giving them to him though, an enraged walrus attacked!!! I'm pretty sure I could have handled it myself...but the snowfangs were nice enough to help.

To thank me for all I had done, the snowfangs gave me a piece of a book about how to talk like a pirate. Lucky for me I was pretty sure I just so happened to know a gnome that was studying pirate talk, arrrr.

When I gave her the page, she was so excited that she was able to repair the book she had borrowed! She gave me the book to give back to another gnome....but first, I had to study some pirate too (just in case).

But, the book wasn't mine....so I gave it back to the original owner in the igloo. And for thanks, they gave me a pair of fancy shackles!!!
