Don't blame people. They're just doing their best. Blame the universe.
Ever incarnation of our civilization will have this, unless we become a collective maybe. But there should still be some stratification in the command structure, with higher ups still issuing orders to grunts on the lower rungs. So if you just happen to be a grunt, damn that sucks. They'll issue you lots of feel good juice, if it's ever a problem.
The way I read your OP is "I want to live in a collective." Can you blame me? History is rich with technological and social and biological change, but competition and stratification remains. Why should I think it will end?
I'm not sayingunwillings won't get better. I think they will. It'll just never be a perfect blissful place. I don't think it'll ever be that way unless we hit a limit. If we learn everything and explore everything, we'll finally be able to rest.
JUst follow advice from people. There're many, many wise people who know success and teach it.

No, but people unwilling to take risks and stand up for what is right and willing to do wrong to employees under them just because there bosses gets a bonus and they get uncontested cellphone time in the back room IS the majority of our economic problems. These ignoble people have lost all value and humanity and comprise a large part of franchise department managers. Their education received from a printer.

Its far from feudalism.
Your social network and hustle still goes a very long way in our current system.
Under feudalism, there is no secret handshake, no friend of a friend, no "I know a guy who knows a guy", no I hustled harder, no Mitt Romney Mormon fraternity that can help you achieve the success possible under the current system.
Is there an oligarch class? Well yeah capitalism is going to produce big winners. Whether you create the oligarchs through crony capitalism, or through the merit system in Russia, an oligarchy is a reality in a free market.
What we need to do is preserve what's left of capitalism, and demand equal treatment both the plebs and the oligarchs. No bailouts for failed leverage buyouts by investment banks and VCs.
I don't get bailed out if I fail in my own estate and tank my mortgage because I made a mistake. Too big to fail? Ok, maybe 1 or 2 bailouts....hundreds of bailouts? Going back to 1990s? Gross. Makes me lose my appetite.
I'm no socialist. I'm just not blind deaf and dumb. Socialism is ok when its for the oligarchs, and plebs love pain and suffering so much they don't think they deserve equal treatment. That is just sick. Get that middle class man who's under water by 40k a fucking bailout right fucking now.

I'm not calling for any form of socialism or communism. I'm pointing out the flaws in our human nature through parody.
I would be happy if people could in general be held to a higher ethical standard. which is what the dems mostly are fighting for. (through a civilized and legal consensus)
