As much as I want to see Samantha Bee and her show succeed, she has about 1/10th the talent of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, and her show has none of the soul (The same goes for Larry Wilmore and that other guy who I can't even remember).

And with regard to the video you posted, it's easy to go around and find a bunch of well-behaved photogenic diaspora if your agenda is pro-refugee. But I don't see her filming refugees throwing rocks at trucks at the Jungle in Calais, or asking them what they think about freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the separation of church and state. |
