As many of you know, the 8th Coldain ring is a huge wall for many players, well as of today I'm officially fed up with this quest, as many others have been for months.

Today I won the roll on the 8th Coldain ring hand in, but because my guild is so casual, I didn't have the force on hand and set up to take down the ring. A member of Azure Guard offered to help me and he was awesome, but there were at least 10 Awakened members there, all on their alt monks, that basically bullied me out of my roll because apparently their 4th alt is more important than a main who legitly won the roll.

Anyway, now that the steam is gone. My request is that Gloradin Coldheart have her respawn timer greatly reduced so we can clear out this backlog of players that are aiming for this ring. I have spoken to several players that have been trying for this for at least a month or longer, and while we have a civilized way to handle it with the roll, schedule conflicts and bad rolls make it nearly impossible for those players to ever obtain this ring.

Again, today was a great example. Because so many end game players are rolling alts and PLing them up to end game quickly, a casual player, that should have had the right to his winning roll got pushed aside because a guild had nothing better to do, lost probably his only chance any time in the near future to get this done.

And before people say "Lowering the respawn time isn't classic!" This server isn't classic, it's "like classic." There are a lot of subtle changes on this server that don't line up with classic, so making one to improve the flow of the server and reduce tension between players would be greatly welcome.

I'm sure there will be a lot of flames to follow because trolls are everywhere, but I'm hoping those that have shared this pain will follow suit and support this request.

No one bullied you out of turning in; you won fair and square. You definitely should have given it a shot since the other monk there was going to help you (the fight isn't hard), but it's also pertinent to note that if no one else there is free or wants to help you need to be ready to do the event yourself with your own help. You can't expect not to be fair to others who were also present and rdy to perform if they win. Not everyone there is rolling for their alts btw.

Also I understand the frustration, however you are a 47 rogue that expected the rest to assist without planning what you would do in the event that doesn't happen in advance. Expecting the guild to only come down on the moments notice might be tough given the time of day and the requirement of turning in soon as the npc spawns (in order to not delay the spawn/roll times), which is basically 8-10 mins from the roll.

In hindsight, I would recommend making arrangements prior with the people there (in tells) or having a few others with you present to help when you win to avoid that from happening again.
