Staff doesn't need to police shit. If anything, they should take out all of the rules and simply hard code those things they want enforced. But this being Red, all problems can be solved through PvP, requesting aid from other players, or leaving and coming back later / switching toons.
We could save them a lot of time if they just took out /petition on red and let us manage ourselves. Then just poll the server on what classic stuff we want implemented.
I'm personally in favor of being able to drop objects (good old monk droppings, copper everywhere) and RZ style 1-item loot on PvP kills. Keeps thing interesting and raises the tension.
