Player made. No, it's not expensive, in the 1k range for a full set. I'd recommend finding a smith friend, get a custom order in, maybe they have dye available too. I see auctions at EC sometimes, but not all the time. You can also price pcs
off the p99 wiki to give you an idea of individual pcs you may want. Then there is a color chart on the blacksmithing page, link at the bottom of that page, though some dye is harder to get than others.
