There is SO MUCH stuff you can get without raiding in velious.

If I were you, my primary focus would be on fighting in Kael arena for armor drops - doing your coldain shawl quest - getting the groupable rings from tunare quest line or lodizal/tofs. Find a shaman a rogue and a monk and kill some dragons in WW for a great neck slot.

Find yourself a Heirophants Crook or pay for the Woushi drop for primary/secondary. Tons of good options for prim/sec.

Clicky regen BP is one of the best item features in the game and will greatly expand your healing capabilities in groups. There is tons to do - and you will stay busy for a long time if you still enjoy playing your druid!

The Druid epic is nearly groupable - with changes to VSR, a non raiding druid can still finish with a couple of groups to help - 1 war, 1 chanter, 1 cler and melle dps.
