I just realized something. About the video: I said it's not equality, but the relaxation of pressures. I take that back. I think what it's is competition. Men are competing against woman and vice versa. Woman don't need men and men don't need woman. So rather than see each other as teammates they're seeing each other as competitors.
So whenever you see "equality' regarding gender just reprogram your mind to see "competition".
Female and male are trying to grab genes from the other and from unknown sources.
EDIT: Please note this is all my opinion. Don't need to be angry about it. I"m not a scientist and--far as I know--present science doesn't support my views. BUT I also think science isn't perfect. This is my own belief. Fortunately, I'm not an extremist or anything, so I won't hunt you down if you disagree. I also believe I could easily be wrong.
