All I am doing is describing what I see from my position - everytime, and I do mean every single time, I have dealt with Rampage (or Taken) since launch of Velious it has been cordial, friendly, and respectful, and most importantly, mindful of the way we play the game - something we never get when dealing with "competition", who blatantly talks about how the goal is to crush everyone into obliteration and that all smaller guilds should merge into a big guild so they can get ST loot before someone wakes Sleeper, without realizing that we don't give a hoot about that, as long as we can get to slowly progress through content without having to deal with trainquest everytime we run into "competition".
When the sole goal of your existence is to "beat" or "crush" another guild, then you are playing the game in a way I just can't subscribe to. Rampage understood that, no matter what other flaws you think they had when dealing with "competition".

What are you even talking about ? I personally never wanted to "Crush" anyone. I've always been a proponent of a system that benefits everyone. Again the "Trainfest" you talk about in ToV started out with Taken trying to pull mobs to LTK zone out. Neither Rampage nor Forsaken were the first to do it even though I am sure both sides knew how to a lot better than what Taken was trying to do at the time (Not a knock on them just they hadn't spent as much time in there).
When I have been around Europa in the raid scene (rarely) We usually are cordial with each other and when we make a mistake we give you guys an opportunity at the mob. I know we did for sure on a Velketor. I can count on one hand probably the amount of times I have been at a raid and seen Europa there though so I am a bit confused.
