Probably not.
Tough to keep staring at a wall for 16 hours to poopsock a mob you've already killed solo 20+ times, for gear you don't need because you've already beaten every mob in game 5+ times.
It will be the same deal with most guilds on this server. Nothing is coming in the future, Velious is all there is. Once the next guild has killed Tunare, and Sontalak, and Zlandicar, and AoW, and Tunare, and 10th Ring War and Vulak 5-10-15-20 times, the people waking up at 3 AM for Batphones and those tracking from sunrise to sunset will stop, and figure out going hard like that isn't worth it and they'll just quit.
It was a similar situation to what we faced on the Mac server. The content was locked for 10 years and due to bugs, archaic mechanics and low population on the server, it steadily progressed through PoP to EPs and eventually PoTime. Once everything but Quarm was beaten, we started hemorrhaging members. Those who stuck around, only stuck around to raid with Guildies/Friends. It's a lot more appetizing to do this twice a week from 8:30-10 or 11. Rather than responding to 25-30 Batphones throughout each week at ungodly hours.

Yea pretty much this, If we really really wanted to stick around we could still compete, it would likely have turned into a situation similar to how Kunark was, where the top guild basically swapped every month or two.
But honestly why would we? We accomplished our goals, we got the overwhelming majority of Server firsts, there is no real need for gear since we killed most of the current raid targets in Kunark gear. Why would we subject ourselves to the torture of tracking hundreds of hours a week, for shit that we have already done multiple times?
