OK, so the policy states that he is free to do so.

Then by that policy, I am free to head to the newbie hunting ground and declare that area camped if I am first to be there, and can maintain the camp. I realize there is slight difference in the "area" of the camp, because its somewhat abstract in an outdoor zone but the situation is fairly the same. I wont get any xp from being there and stuff will drop that I can sell and make money with. Granted there is probably a better way of accomplishing this, but that's not the point of the discussion.

While the policy states that I am free to do this, I think some idea of "gamer ethics" should come into play. And no, I don't think gamer ethics is an oxymoron

I fully understand that the policy is there for the limited support staff to quickly adjudicate conflicts, but the ease at which someone can stake their claim on pretty much anything is troubling, especially when it hinders other players ability to play the game (in this case leveling).

Appears that I wont get any vindication for my point of view but at the very least now I have an idea of what to expect, thanks.
