Probably Azure Guard/Europa/Omni from the sound of what your looking for.
You should see most of that with one of those three, minus CT. He's revamped and only killed by the ToV guilds (Rampage/Taken/Forsaken/Asguard).
BDA might do some old world content, but they are in between the two, good for getting VP kunark if thats your thing.
