that is a better mana per hp return, yes, but not very much though. And it now takes much longer to get back to the same amount of mana, even if it is a slightly better return. You have to canni twice now to return ~70 mana, vs one canni to return ~60 mana (with canni 3). Taking you almost twice as long to canni to full, even if it costs you less hp to do so, this could be the difference between having time to canni and get that last heal/root/slow off and save the day, or watch your friends die as you canni dance in the background like a jabronie with your arms in the air like you just dont care.

i made the same mistake you did, assigned the wrong attribute to the wrong number. Its actuallly a worse return, it was 1 mana per 1.81 hp, it is now 1 mana per 2.08 hp. not the other way around.
