a year ago (?) GMs started moving any thread that wasn't EQ related from blue RNF to off topic. Yes, I'm serious.
i dont think they care anymore. It was just one of those idiotic pointless forum initiatives that gets enforced for 2 weeks by some anonymous person who probably had just inherited their admin spot from someone who got caught RMTing, but it has had lasting impact.
