akinn seems to be all talk becaused i whooped him twice in kunark,once while i was rogue poisoned tanking him and he had to jet at about 32%
another time in DL then a rogue pal came to assist me (didnt call for backup)
and just the other day in KC i did a few swings on him and he instantly ran for help,which turned into me fighting him and a druid,they got me to 82% and evac'd
