I'm not getting involved here.
But its not about how the law is written, its about how the law is applied.
Sweden's justice system works differently than Finland and Norway, you would need to disprove this, and eliminate the possibility of a cultural/political influences on the behavior of the prosecuting barristers.
Example, pointing to Obama's DoJ and saying look how the attorneys made up new laws by changing their interpretation of the law. See: immigration, marijuana, and environmental code.

The letter of the law is meaningless. Its up to the District Attorney/Attorney General/Solicitor General to decide how the law is applied.
Lets remember Sweden's rape laws are very expansive. See the Julian Assange case for an example of what can constitute rape in Sweden. Its quite bizarre. You would think there are acceptable "risks" that are taken after consent is given, when two people are in motion together. Well guess what, not in Sweden.
I.E. If a condom slips off/breaks by accident, that's considered forcible rape in Sweden.
