problems with atlantic web traffic
since tue morning, american based website dont load up properly.
eg youtube, facebook, zam, p99 etc
Uk or euro based ones are fine.
maybe the line is being tapped by north korea?
Anyone else noticed this, a 36 sec delay before a site loads up.
