*Didn't the Bazaar require you have a character in the marked vendor areas initially? You had to stand on the slightly raised floor under the roof in the stalls in the bazaar and type /bazaar or something. The only time it benefited you really was if you were going to be afk a while or had a second account to set up as merchant. So this wouldn't work on P99 since it would mean either boxing or going afk for extended periods. Red players make jokes about Blue players being afk in EC...

*Though I think the real difference between SoV and SoL in them releasing it was SoV they kind of had to start from scratch on a lot of things since the coding had been scrapped and changed so many times since release that there was nothing or very little of the original coding available. I think at least the last time I played SoL hadn't changed that much as far as the zones some itemization may have changed and the RoF event was no longer in game but other than that it was mostly intact.
