Nilbog said he had no interest in developing Luclin. He did say he will be implementing custom content at some point once Velious is done. While I think the chances of Luclin are rather small, this project will undoubtedly continue to evolve as years pass, perhaps with new leadership and devs. My argument was mainly to use Red99 as a testing ground for further content implementation.
