Have to say, there are services in this game that are just services, but then there are these guys.. they are upstanding, diligent, and knowledgeable. I know because I just purchased this shawl and I got mine in just mere minutes. Granted, I'm on the lucky side. But I am most positive that they would have stayed longer if needed. For someone who has sold services before - and someone who prides on customer service throughout the process - they are the best I've dealt with as of yet in regards to purchasing anything. Need more of them on this server.
