Default Fungus Covered Great Staff

The Fungus Covered Great Staff in the data base currently needs a few minor touch-ups. This is the proper pre-nerf edition (distinct from the Fungi Covered Great Staff).

Cast Time
It does click from inventory, but the cast time is not instant, as this pre-nerf version should be. Instead, it is an 8 second cast. Even the item itself shows instant cast time (see screenshots).

Your spell will not take hold
It took me a bit to figure out why the spell would not take hold. At first, I attributed it to my level 52 Regrowth spell. Although it is the same amount of HP regen (20hp/tick), Fungal Regrowth is properly overriden by Regrowth and will not take hold when Regrowth is active.

However, when I dispelled Regrowth, it still would not take hold. Finally, I found out that Spirit of Wolf was the cause. Because Fungal Regrowth currently has a 55% snare, it will not stick when SoW is active.

I did not have one on live and have not been able to find evidence that the runspeeds offset/stack. Instead, SoW just overrides Fungal Regrowth. Sorry, I don't know whether this is correct or not.

The Snare Component
What I can tell you is that the snare component was originally only 40%, not 55%. A quick Spell History led me to this conclusion.

Changed Slot 2 from "Decrease Movement by 10% (L1) to 40% (L60)" to "Decrease Movement by 10% (L1) to 42% (L65)"

It was later changed many more times, up until the current 55%.
