Yeah, Germany doesn't have blacks the way the US does. And anyway, comparing statistics for something like rape between nations is always comparing apples and oranges.

What does have some validity is comparing rape stats between groups subject to the same laws and definition of rape. Like, for instance, different racial groups within the United States. Behold. Note that even though these categories are softened by categorizing partially-negroid Moorish hispanics under "White", there is still a marked difference between the negroid and caucasoid categories' commissions of rape crimes.

And what's your excuse for the data?
