1. Autism is linked to the age of the female when she's pregnant. It's very simple. People in Iran have kids in their 20s. In America, you idiots wait til you're 45 and then complain when you knew the risks. There is causation and correlation between the change in culture, where women waited longer to have kids, and the increase in autism.
2. Cancer is very common in Iran, and the sanctions have made it difficult to get drugs. It's pretty sad. I know people who've had family members die trying to get to Houston for treatment.

My mother was 20 when she had me and I have the bergers. Age has nothing to do with liklihood of autism.
Iran isn't run by israel like america is (which is why israel is consistently hating on anything having to do with america and iran being on good terms), so no, i'd say shits a bit different in iran.
