by no means am I saying that leveling in a group enviornment (with any class) is not fun! Its great yes! And 57+ grouping for a shaman is feel good endorphan rush with AoE slow (cast that shit on any bad pull and youll soon realise there is no such thing as a bad pull anymore).
I myself have leveled TWO shamans to 60 on p99 (i know get a job or a life) and can confirm both ways are interesting and fun!
BUT shaman, above all other classes, when using all the clicks they have at their disposal, are Pve solo MONSTERS and it is SO much fun to just decimate every XP camp by yourself, deep in dungeons from level 45-60. I say 45+ because that's when the JBB starts working.
Clicking from 45-49 in one night at the city of mist moat, killing so much that you want to pull from the arena, BY YOURSELF feels like you are tunares child incarnate and are walking norrath with the wrath of veeshan behind you.
I remember walkn around in my blackend iron suit, with my JBB arms/bracers/gloves and RP'ing that I was an android shaman shooting lazers out of my cybernetic arm cannons at 45.. it feels sooooo god <3
