Humans have 33 pairs of chromosomes, for 66 total. One of these, the Y chromosome, contains the code responsible for sexual differences. This means that men and women share 65/66 = 98.5% of our DNA. Considering that chimpanzees share 98% of our DNA, a female human is genetically nearly as close to a female chimp as she is to a male human, and vice versa.
To call this massive difference in genetic code a 'social construct' is so fucking stupid it could only be believed by someone who went to college.
