Thunderdome recruits every level 1 that logs in because ooc is a trashcan and it offers an opportunity to join a leveling community in which you can actually find groups/friends without knowing anything about the game.

Truth. I just started playing here about a month ago, and got the tell about the guild around level 5. Since then I've just hit level 31 and most of that time has been spent with full groups of guildies. Lot's of nice and helpful people in the guild. I understand that people will tag their alts, get to a certain level, then leave and join a raiding guild. No one is forcing people to stay and I think that's ok. We're starting to focus on getting people organized and trying to raid and fend off pk'ers because frankly most people in the guild haven't ever experienced that. It's all about having fun in the end, and that's what Thunderdome is all about.
