easiest solution is to not lose the first pvp fight. I'm not sure entire rulesets need to be changed just so when a rare occurrence of you losing a pvp fight to someone who also happens to have multiple characters at various level ranges at a specific camp denies you a second chance to fight for the camp.
going to be straight up honest with you. it seems every time you suggest rule changes they favor griefing.
