Lets just make everyone 46+ in range to each other. Should also encourage more level 60 PvP and toons...
And nothing any good really drops below what a 46 van solo...so problem solved? Also gives me incentive to move my 54 alt up...keep him there because of the wide range of PvP buy oor of 60.
