Server pop IS and has been double digits for a few months, offpeak pop is below 30 now.
Nihilum actively gave raid targets to Red Dawn to help keep them alive, while PvPing Azrael or did you conveniently forget that?
Server pop went to the shitter because EXP bonuses were taken out and I guarantee if they do that now, you will be looking at a very dead server.
